The Ilaro Muslim Community in Yewa South Local Government Area of Ogun State has announced the burial arrangements for Alhaji Hassan Taiwo, popularly known as “Ogogo.”
According to a statement issued by the Chief Imam of Ilaro, the Janazah (burial) prayer for the deceased will be held at the Asade Agunloye Pavilion Ground, Ilaro, at 10:00 a.m.
Following the prayer, the deceased will be laid to rest at his residence in Ilaro, Ogun State.
The Muslim community called on family members, friends, well-wishers and members of the public to join them in offering prayers and paying their final respects to the deceased.
The announcement opened with the Islamic expression, “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un,” meaning, “Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we shall return.”
The Ilaro Muslim Community commiserated with the family of Alhaji Hassan Taiwo and prayed that Allah grants the deceased eternal rest while giving his family and loved ones the strength to bear the loss.
