Debash Ministry has reaffirmed its commitment to humanitarian service and community development through a series of initiatives aimed at supporting vulnerable individuals, empowering families and giving children better opportunities to thrive.
The ministry, through its humanitarian outreach programmes, has provided clothing, food items, educational materials and other forms of practical assistance to people in need, while also awarding scholarships to deserving students.
One of its recent initiatives, the Back-to-School Outreach Programme, brought together children for a memorable experience designed not only to provide essential educational materials but also to promote learning, friendship and happiness.
As part of the programme, beneficiaries received school books, school bags, uniforms and other educational supplies to help them prepare for the new academic session.
Beyond the distribution of materials, the ministry organised a series of activities aimed at making the outreach a joyful and memorable experience for the children. The programme featured movie sessions, snacks, interactive question-and-answer sessions, dancing competitions and other recreational activities.
The question-and-answer session provided an opportunity for the children to demonstrate their knowledge, with outstanding participants rewarded with cash prizes and other gifts.
The dancing competition also added colour to the event, as the children showcased their talents while enjoying an atmosphere of laughter, excitement and celebration.
According to the ministry, the outreach was designed to communicate a message of love and inclusion to the children, reminding them that they are valued and that their dreams and aspirations matter.
The organisation said its humanitarian activities extend beyond education, noting that it has also supported families and individuals with food, clothing, scholarships and other forms of assistance.
The ministry emphasised that its approach to humanitarian service is centred on meeting people at their point of need and providing practical support capable of creating lasting positive change.
“At Debash Ministry, we believe that true service goes beyond words. It is about meeting people where they are, providing what they need, creating opportunities and giving hope where it is needed most,” the organisation stated.
Debash Ministry said it would continue to expand its humanitarian efforts, with a focus on education, welfare, empowerment and other initiatives capable of improving the lives of individuals and communities.
Through these interventions, the ministry is positioning its humanitarian mission not merely as an act of charity, but as a sustained effort to restore hope, create opportunities and make a lasting difference in the lives of people.
